Customer Care Executive Trainer

As a Customer Care Executive Trainer, your role will involve preparing and guiding customer care executives with essential communication skills, process knowledge, and customer handling techniques. You will be responsible for conducting training sessions for new and existing customer care executives, both in classroom and online settings, as well as on-the-job training. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting training sessions for new and existing customer care executives in voice and non-voice customer support, soft skills, and customer handling. - Preparing and updating training materials, presentations, and handouts. - Assessing trainee performance and providing feedback for improvement. - Coordinating with HR and Operations to ensure training effectiveness. - Maintaining training reports and records. To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills: - Strong communication and presentation skills. - Good knowledge of customer service operations. - Ability to engage, motivate, and evaluate trainees. - Patience, adaptability, and problem-solving skills. To be considered for this position, you should meet the following qualifications and experience requirements: - Graduation in any discipline. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service/training role, preferably in the BPO or customer care domain.
