Customer Care Executive

Role Overview: As a Customer Care Executive (CCE) at Muthoot Group, your main responsibility will be managing all customer communication with the appropriate level of etiquette, timeliness, and professionalism. You will also be responsible for generating business and leads for new loans from new customers, handling branch walk-ins for business generation, and generating referrals through the existing customer base and walk-ins. Additionally, you will have meetings with HNI, corporates, and institutional clients to promote the gold loan proposition. Your role will involve handling customer requests and complaints, understanding customer needs to cross-sell other products, generating business and leads for products like insurance, NCDs, gold coin, etc., and entering meetings, leads, and conversions in play book/CRM daily.
