* Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions via phone, email, or chat.

* Process customer orders, answer questions about products/services, and address concerns in a timely manner.

* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.

* Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors as needed.

Job requirements

* 0-3 years of experience in a similar role (customer care/call center).

* Excellent communication skills with good English proficiency.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
