📢 We’re Hiring – Customer Care Executive

 📍 Location: Mohali (On-site)

 💼 Experience: 0 – 1 Year (Freshers can also apply)

 💰 Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹18,000 per month


🔹 Roles & Responsibilities:

1.Handle inbound/outbound customer calls in good manner.

2.Solve customer queries and give correct information.

3.Keep positive and polite attitude with customers always.

4.Maintain records of customer talks and do follow ups.

5.Work with internal teams to make sure customers are happy.

6.Achieve daily/weekly targets of response and resolution time.
