Job Description

Job Summary:

The Customer Care Executive will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The role involves communicating with customers through phone, email, and other channels, maintaining records, and coordinating with internal departments.

Education: Any Degree or Diploma

Experience: Minimum 1 year
Immediate Joiners preferred

Responsibilities:

* Communicate effectively with clients over phone and WhatsApp.

* Handle incoming inquiries and make timely follow-ups with potential clients.

* Record daily call updates and maintain lead status reports.

* Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for appointments and follow-ups.

* Update client details accurately in CRM/ERP systems.

  • Experience: minimum 1 years in customer care or interior-related work is a plus
  • Multilingual: Ability to speak English, Hindi, and any regional language

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
