Role Overview:

Customer Care Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Handle and respond to customer queries and complaints related to product quality.
Coordinate with the QC team to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
Handle customer communication through
emails, calls, and messages
professionally.
Maintain proper documentation and records of all customer interactions and QC feedback.
Escalate major quality issues to the concerned department for quick action.
Follow up with internal teams to ensure customer concerns are addressed promptly.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on customer feedback and complaints.
Support the QC team in continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Food Technology / FMCG background).
1–3 years of experience in
FMCG customer care
or a similar role.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience in handling customer communication via email
is mandatory.
Proficiency in
English and Hindi
(both verbal & written).
Basic understanding of Quality Control procedures.
Ability to handle customers with empathy and professionalism.
Good knowledge of MS Excel & reporting tools.
Female candidates will be preferred.
