Familiar with Inspection Records, Report Preparation and Gauge Calibration.

Drafting and Designing policies, procedure, emails and letters as per industry standard Execution of PMS, Scorecard for positions and establish performance evaluation mechanism in organization Initiate 180 Degree Appraisal system & identifying scope for enhancing the same Providing neutral opinion, insight view on market/industry practices for congruence between management and employees Handling employee Grievances, addressing issue, Escalating to next level Develop & execute rewards and recognition, appreciation letters on completion of specific task/projects Identifying training needs for key employees & ensuring measurability & effectiveness of training imparted periodically. Handling resignation, exit interviews, F&F, and providing feedback of the same to management Prepare & maintain ISO documentation of HR Department Preferred candidate profile: MBA (HR) with 10-15 years Experience Business awareness and Management skills Knowledge of HR system & Processes Excellent drafting and communication skills Excellent command over MS Excel / MS Power Point & English Language
