Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Customer Care Executive to join our team at Ozenfex Consultancy in HSR Layout, Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions across multiple platforms, ensuring timely resolution of queries, and delivering an exceptional service experience. Key Responsibility · Attend and respond to inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chats from customers. · Address customer concerns, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and empathy. · Resolve issues efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction is maintained at all times. · Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM systems. · Collaborate with internal teams to provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues when necessary. · Consistently meet performance goals related to response time, resolution rate, and service quality. · Maintain a high level of product/service knowledge to support customers effectively. Key Responsibility · Fluency in Malayalam, Kannada, English, Tamil, Marathi, Hindi, Gujarati, Bengali, and other regional languages. · Being multilingual is a strong advantage and preferred for this role. · Strong communication and interpersonal skills. · Ability to remain calm and empathetic while handling customer issues. · Good typing speed and proficiency in using computers, CRM tools, and MS Office applications. · Prior customer service experience is an added advantage.
