Communication skills in Hindi & English
• Graduation: Any Graduate / Undergraduate

Roles & Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers for SBI-related products and services.
Explain product features, benefits, and offers clearly to customers.
Generate sales leads and convert them into successful sales.
Maintain accurate customer details and call records in the system.
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets as assigned.
Follow company guidelines, scripts, and compliance standards.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication.
Escalate unresolved customer issues to the concerned team when required. •
Shift
: Day shift (10:00 AM 7:00 PM) •
Week Off
: Rotational
