Job Description

You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers in order to promote products/services. Your main tasks will include explaining product features, offers, and benefits effectively, sharing product details, pricing, and availability clearly and confidently, building trust and rapport with customers to improve satisfaction and repeat orders, handling customer inquiries, and following up for conversions. You will work closely with the sales team to achieve business objectives and maintain a database of customer information and call records. In addition, you may be required to call prospective customers using provided leads or cold calling. Qualifications Required: - High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is a plus - Previous experience in a similar role is preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated - Basic computer knowledge (preferred) The company prefers candidates who are proficient in English. The job types available are full-time, permanent, and suitable for fresher candidates. The work location for this position is in person.,
