Job Description

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Overseeing all inquiries and booking pertaining to laboratory services
Addressing and resolving customer concerns, ensuring timely follow-ups
Managing a spectrum of telephone interactions both incoming and outgoing
Coordinating inquiries linked franchise and collection centre opportunities
Monitoring, evaluating, and proposing strategies to enhance overall customer satisfaction within the hospital
Pre-Register the patients prior to their visit telephonically
Attend and resolve patients questions and complaints, if any
Act as a bridge between external customers and various Hospital Departments.
Act as a bridge between various internal departments of the Hospital.
Keeps a track of all the patients calling from various sources for analytical purpose.
Establishing a positive rapport with all clients and customers in person or via phone
Handle any other task or responsibilities assigned by the Reporting Manager/ Management.
