As a Customer Care Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers in the dental industry. You will handle customer calls / complaints, resolve product-related issues, and ensure a smooth post-sales experience. Your role is crucial in maintaining customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer issues via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide detailed service related product information, pricing, and technical support related to dental tools and equipment
  • Coordinate with sales, logistics, and technical teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
  • Handle customer complaints, returns, and warranty claims efficiently
  • Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems
  • Follow up with clients post- service resolution to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
  • Stay updated on new product launches, dental tool technologies, and industry trends.
