Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

About the Role

KLY Media is looking for enthusiastic and driven Call Center Executives to join our outbound lead generation team. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, qualifying leads, and maintaining accurate call records.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential leads provided by the company.
• Follow a structured script to present product/service details effectively.
• Qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of interactions in the system.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a call center or telemarketing (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong English communication skills (verbal).
• Goal-oriented with the ability to meet targets.
• Basic computer literacy and data entry skills.
• Freshers with strong communication are welcome to apply.

Work Schedule

• Monday to Friday
• 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST (US Shift)
• Work Location: On-site at Vijay Nagar, Indore.
