Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Care Executive located in Chandigarh, India. The Customer Care Executive will handle daily tasks such as providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering excellent customer service. The role also involves managing communication with customers and contributing to sales efforts by addressing inquiries and providing product information.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service
  • Strong Communication skills and experience in Sales
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
  • Experience in the spiritual products industry is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus
