Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Care Executive, located in Chandigarh, India. The Customer Care Executive will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer service, and assisting in sales processes. Daily tasks include resolving customer issues, maintaining accurate records of interactions, and collaborating with other departments to enhance customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Experience in Sales and the ability to assist customers in purchasing decisions
  • Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in a customer care role is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred
