Job Opening: Customer Care Executive – IIFL Gold Loan
📍 Location: Mandi Gobindgarh
Responsibilities:
• Assist customers with gold loan services
• Handle documentation, KYC & system entries
• Manage daily branch operations
• Provide customer support and resolve queries
• Maintain records as per company guidelines
Requirements:
• Graduate preferred
• Good communication skills (Hindi/Punjabi)
• Basic computer knowledge
• Experience in NBFC/Banking is a plus
• Local candidates preferred
Work Details:
