Job Description

Core Responsibilities: Answering Inquiries: Responding to customer questions about products, services, or company policies via phone, email, chat, or in-person. Processing Orders: Taking orders, processing payments, and ensuring accurate fulfillment. Handling Complaints: Addressing customer complaints professionally and promptly, finding solutions to resolve issues. Providing Product Information: Offering accurate and helpful information about products and services. Collecting Customer Feedback: Gathering customer feedback to improve products, services, and the overall customer experience. Additional Responsibilities: Maintaining Customer Records: Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Collaborating with Other Departments: Working with other departments to resolve complex issues and ensure a seamless customer experience. Staying Updated on Company Policies and Product Knowledge: Staying informed about company policies and procedures, as well as product knowledge. Following Up with Customers: Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues. Upselling and Cross-selling: Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to customers
