The platform aims to provide a hassle-free journey and services for both parties involved. Role Description Answer calls from customers in need of assistance Place calls to Car Workshops and introduce the Auto Aid solution Follow the procedure to input data into the admin portal Track the progress of ongoing service requests Communicate any problems, questions or concerns to supervisory staff Communicate respectfully and politely with customers & partners at all times Qualifications Proficiency in at least 3 Indian languages is a must (Malayalam, Hindi, Tamil). Basic MS Excel skills Strong attention to detail Positive attitude to serve customers well Excellent phone manner and articulation Flexible working in shifts (ability to work in night shift as well ) Location : Bangalore , HSR
