Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via calls and emails.
  • Resolve issues by providing effective solutions and timely follow-ups.
  • Identify customer needs and ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain documentation and adhere to company policies.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduate/Postgraduate (non-engineering).
  • 05 years experience, preferably in Mutual Fund or client servicing roles.
  • Fluency in English, Hindi & Gujarati.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Loyal, honest, and long-term career-oriented.
