Job Location: SECUNDERABAD, TELENGANA.

Experience required: 2 – 3 yrs of relevant experience

Educational Qualification: ANY DEGREE

Job Summary:

We are looking for Male & female call center agents with strong communication skills and a background in sales. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, providing information about fertility services, and converting leads into appointments. Candidates should be target-oriented and capable of managing sensitive patient conversations with empathy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound calls from prospective patients with queries about IVF and fertility treatments.
  • Make outbound calls to follow up on leads from digital campaigns, referrals, and website inquiries.
  • Convert calls into confirmed appointments across Ferty9's 11 centers in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
  • Clearly explain treatment options, consultation procedures, and hospital offerings.
  • Maintain accurate records of all communications in CRM software.
  • Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales/conversion targets.
  • Liaise with reception and branch staff to ensure seamless patient coordination.
  • Handle all communication with confidentiality, clarity, and empathy.

Good communication skills.

Ability to perform well under pressure.

Excellent interpersonal skills
