Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Empathy and the ability to handle difficult customers calmly.
  • Good computer skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).
  • Prior experience in customer service, preferably in an insurance or financial domain, is a plus.
  • Knowledge of insurance products, terms, and regulations is desirable.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
