The teacher should effectively use a variety of teaching methodologies and digital tools to enhance learning outcomes. Assessing students' progress through assignments, tests, and projects, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining academic records are key duties. The PGT English Teacher is also expected to mentor students for board exams and competitive English-based examinations, guide co-curricular literary activities such as debates, elocutions, and essay writing, and participate in school events and professional development programs. Candidates must have a M.A & B.Ed. from a recognized institution and at least 3–5 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level. Excellent communication skills, classroom management, and a student-centric approach are essential.
