We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to join our team at Digitide Solutions Limited, Indore. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing excellent support and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via calls, emails, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve complaints and provide appropriate solutions while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues efficiently.
  • Provide product/service information and support to customers.
  • Follow company guidelines and protocols for handling customer requests.

Requirements:

  • Education: Graduate / Undergraduate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
  • Patience, empathy, and problem-solving ability
  • Freshers as well as experienced candidates are welcome

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,870.00 - ₹20,500.00 per month
