As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Executive to join our team and play a key role in managing and tracking shipments, ensuring timely deliveries, and providing outstanding support to our customers.

*Job Description:*

As a Customer Support Executive in our logistics team, you will be responsible for tracking shipments, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, and following up with customers to resolve any issues or concerns. You will be the point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive the highest level of service throughout the shipping process.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Track and monitor shipments from dispatch to delivery, ensuring timely updates.

- Follow up with customers regarding delivery status, delays, or issues.

- Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery processes.

- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to shipments or deliveries.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and delivery status.

- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

*Qualifications:*

- 1 to 1.5 years of experience in customer support or logistics.

- Any graduate degree.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

- Ability to handle customer inquiries and follow-ups efficiently.

- Knowledge of logistics and shipment tracking is a plus.

- DTDC company experience is a deal cracker.

- Proficiency in MS Office and customer support software is desirable.

- Must be located in or around Bhandup, Mumbai.

Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications.
