Job Description

Job SummaryWe are looking for a dedicated and proactive Customer Care Executive to join our diagnostic lab team. You will be the first point of contact for patients and customers, helping them with queries, appointments, test bookings, and report coordination. This is a front-facing role essential to ensuring a seamless customer experience. Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound calls professionally and efficiently. Schedule lab test appointments and home sample collections. Address patient inquiries related to services, reports, and billing. Provide clear and accurate information about diagnostic tests. Coordinate with lab technicians and courier teams for timely report delivery. Maintain patient data and update records in the software system. Handle customer complaints and escalate issues where necessary. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
