Job Description

Job Title: Customer Care Executive

No. of Openings: 6

Education Criteria: Any Graduate

Experience Required: 0.6 Years-2 Years

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Identify customers' needs and wants, clarifying information whenever possible.

2. Attending customers' queries and complaints as per defined SOP through inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely manner.

3. Maintaining a fast response time and great quality overall modes of customer communication.

4. Working cross-functionally to ensure customer issues are being flagged and adequately addressed.

5. Coming up with ideas and strategies to increase customer activation, retention, shopping & improving customer experience.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Customer Care Representative with Excellent Communication (spoken & written) Skills. Languages: English, Hindi.

2. Any graduate can apply.

3. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

4. Outstanding customer service skills and dedication to providing exceptional customer service.

5. Must be a self-motivator and self-starter.

6. Focus on quality and customer service.

7. Solid time management skills.

8. Must be able to effectively deal with people at all levels inside and outside of the Company.

9. Creative ability & writing proficiency.

10. Ability to multitask and successfully operate in a fast-paced, team environment.

11. Must adapt well to change and successfully set and adjust priorities as needed.

12. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (intermediate Word, basic Excel).

13. People working in industries like e-Commerce will be given preference.

14. Less than a month of notice period candidates are preferred (Immediate joiners are ideal).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,833.33 per month
