Retail Store Executive

As a Retail Store Executive at our store, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a delightful shopping experience for our valued customers. Your responsibilities will include greeting and assisting customers, understanding their needs, recommending suitable products, and demonstrating product features effectively to drive sales. You will also be expected to maintain a thorough knowledge of our store products and ongoing promotions, while upselling and cross-selling to achieve sales targets. Handling customer queries, complaints, and returns with professionalism will be a key part of your role, along with maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor. You will be required to monitor inventory levels, process transactions accurately using POS systems, and collaborate closely with your team members to meet store goals. To qualify for this position, a high school diploma or equivalent is necessary, with additional education in sales or retail being advantageous. Prior experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, basic math and computer proficiency, and a friendly, outgoing demeanor with a professional appearance are essential. The ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, is also required. Key skills that will contribute to your success in this role include customer service, product knowledge, salesmanship, time management, inventory handling, POS operation, and teamwork.
