Role Overview

Customer Outbound Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
  • Promote products/services and explain value propositions clearly.
  • Generate leads and convert them into qualified opportunities.
  • Maintain CRM records with accurate customer interaction details.
  • Achieve sales targets and performance metrics set by management.
