As a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Executive at our company, your role is crucial in enhancing member engagement, driving customer loyalty, and ensuring a seamless experience for our members. Your responsibilities will include both inbound and outbound communications, addressing member needs, and promoting club events, offers, and loyalty programs. We are looking for someone with a minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or CRM, who is passionate about customer satisfaction and relationship-building.
