Role & responsibilities

Customer communication:
Serve as a point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries, and providing support throughout the customer lifecycle.
Relationship management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and ensure a positive experience.
Problem-solving:
Address and resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, often involving coordination with internal teams.
