Hiring:


Motor & Health Insurance


✨ Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle motor insurance queries, policy details, inspections, endorsements, ownership transfer & NCB certificates.

2. Assist customers with health insurance queries, cashless coordination & reimbursement claims.

3. Coordinate with insurers, surveyors & TPAs and provide timely customer updates.

4. Maintain accurate records, follow-ups and closure of customer requests.


✔️ Requirements:

1. 1–5 years of experience in motor/health insurance customer support (preferred).

2. Strong communication skills and excellent follow-up abilities.

3. Basic understanding of claims, policy servicing & endorsements.
