1. Service Appointment Calling
Call customers daily to remind them of scheduled services (free/paid/AMC).
Fix appointments based on customer availability and workshop load.
Maintain an appointment register or software entry for each booking.
2. Conversion of Appointments to Actual Visits
Follow up on previous day's calls to ensure customers visit the workshop.
Re-schedule no-show customers and update the status in the CRM system.
3. Service Due Reminder Calling
Regularly track vehicles due for service using system-generated reports.
Call customers with pending services or missed service dates.
4. Support in Job Card Opening Queue
Assist customers with a smile during peak hours by guiding them to Service Advisors.
Explain ongoing service offers or AMC schemes when needed.
5. Daily Reporting to Service Manager
Share daily call summary: Appointments made, conversions, pending follow-ups.
Update customer concerns or complaints for immediate action.
6. CRM System Data Entry & Maintenance
Ensure all customer interaction records are updated correctly.
Keep databases clean and updated with accurate contact details.
