Professional and efficient customer service to all the clients involved Education and Specific Training Graduate 1 Year Experience to be considered Excellent communication Skill Experienced preferably from any BPO background Work Experience Agent experience in a call centre environment. Eligibility Fresher + Graduate in agriculture. 1 year experience in inbound voice + Graduate in any steam. Competencies and Specific Skills Good comm skills, and can comprehend English Good problem solving, flexible Customer Service Comprehensions Typing Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities Delivery Inbound Calls to customers and provide appropriate information regarding agriculture products and equipment. Proactively keeps up to date on new procedures. Complete understanding of the platform Complete ability and empowerment to provide end to end Design Ability to find an effective solution in a simple and clear manner. Should proactively keep the customers and stakeholders informed about the issue and take corrective actions accordingly Outcomes To keep himself/herself updated about the latest happenings around and asks questions which impacts customers delight Communication Proven ability to communicate with customers Stay closely involved with operations if interested then share your updated resume on lakhi.mandal@teleperformancedibs.com
