Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Care Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing support across various channels (phone, email, chat). Strong communication skills, patience, and a customer-first attitude are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve product or service issues efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office

Salary:

8000-10,000 in hand per month
