Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
  • Strong customer service attitude and telephone etiquette.
  • Ability to multitask, manage follow-ups, and work with deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email communication.
  • Experience in customer care or telecalling will be preferred.
