Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  1. Handle incoming customer complaint calls and resolve or log issues effectively.
  2. Make outbound calls to follow up on customer concerns or satisfaction levels.
  3. Accurately log all calls, complaints, resolutions, and follow-ups in the customer service application or CRM.
  4. Clarify and resolve customer issues or escalate unsolved matters to the appropriate team.

Requirements

  • Language -

    Hindi & English

    ; additional fluency in

    Kannada, Malayalam, Tamil, Oriya, or Bengali

    preferred.
  • Good verbal communication and active listening skills, with a customerservice orientation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience - Min 1 year to 3 years
  • timing - 8am to 8pm ( any 9hr rotational shift) - only day shift
  • Qualification - Graduate
