You will deliver a premium, personalized shopping experience while fostering long-term customer relationships and driving loyalty through our First Citizen program. Key Responsibilities Customer Service: Warmly greet and engage customers; provide expert product knowledge and styling advice. Sales Focus: Proactively upsell and cross-sell merchandise to meet individual and store targets. Loyalty Management: Promote and manage the First Citizen loyalty program enrollment and benefits. Issue Resolution: Handle returns, exchanges, and complaints with empathy to ensure high customer satisfaction. Operational Support: Accurately manage POS transactions (billing/refunds) and maintain store visual standards. Qualifications 1+ years experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality.
