Customer Care Associate

As a customer service representative, your primary responsibility will be to respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer inquiries, whether in person, by telephone, or via email. It is essential to maintain an updated knowledge of the organization's products, services, and customer service policies to effectively address customer queries and concerns. In addition to providing accurate information to customers, you will be required to document customer interactions when necessary. This involves compiling documents and forwarding relevant information to interested parties within the organization. It is crucial to explain complex information simply and clearly in response to customer questions, ensuring that they fully understand and accept the information provided. As part of your role, you may also be required to recommend new products or services to customers based on their needs and preferences. Additionally, you may be expected to make suggestions for improvements by identifying relevant features and benefits that align with customer requirements. This position is a full-time, permanent role suitable for freshers. Proficiency in English and Hindi is preferred for effective communication with customers.
