Customer Care & Admin Executive (with Inside Sales Support)

About the Role:

We are looking for a smart, detail-oriented team member who can handle customer communication, admin coordination, and basic inside sales support. This role is critical to ensure smooth daily operations and follow-ups across platforms.

Key Responsibilities: Customer Support

• Respond to customer queries on WhatsApp, Instagram, email & marketplaces
• Handle order status updates, returns, delays, and resolution cases

Order Coordination

• Generate shipping labels, update tracking details
• Work with delivery partners to resolve delivery issues
• Coordinate replacement or sample shipments

Admin & Coordination

• Maintain inventory, returns, and payment records in Excel/Google Sheets
• Follow up with account managers (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
• Assist with paperwork, reimbursement updates, and team coordination
• Call shortlisted candidates for interviews and follow up with new hires

Inside Sales & Lead Follow-up

• Respond to IndiaMART and JustDial leads
• Follow up on warm leads via WhatsApp/call
• Help create and send quotations or basic product info

What We’re Looking For:

• Good spoken & written communication skills
• Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge
• Organized and proactive, able to follow up without reminders
• Willingness to learn and grow into a broader role
• Prior experience in D2C, FMCG, or ecommerce is a plus
