Quality Executive -Bakery / Snacks/ Cereals

Experience Required: Minimum 4-5 years in Quality Assurance / Quality Control in bakery, confectionery, snacks, or packaged food
Salary Range: Based on experience

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain quality systems (raw material, in-process & final product checks)
• Conduct daily inspection of production batches for:
• Texture, color, taste, shelf life, packaging integrity
• Monitor and maintain hygiene and sanitation protocols
• Conduct checks for infestation (weevils etc.) and packaging sealing
• Assist in setting SOPs and checklists with documentation
• Train line workers & supervisors on quality procedures
• Maintain all quality records and prepare reports for management
• Handle and resolve customer complaints from a quality standpoint

Key Requirements:

• 3+ years in a bakery, snacks, or packaged FMCG setup
• Working knowledge of FSSAI regulations & quality norms
• Attention to detail and ownership of the QC process
• Should be proactive and not just reactive Bonus (not mandatory):
• Familiarity with ISO / HACCP
• Ability to create SOPs/checklists

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹29,000.00 per month

• Faridabad, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
