Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound/field calls to potential customers to generate leads and close the target Qualify prospects and manage the customer pipeline Follow up on inbound inquiries and convert them into customer on-boarding Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve individual and team targets Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries promptly Qualifications What we're looking for Bachelor's degree in Science/Pharma, Biomedical Engineering/Dental will be preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve assigned targets Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new sales strategies and techniques
