Customer Account Manager

Job Title: Customer Account Manager Location: Memco Ahmedabad Job Type: Full-Time Department: Customer Success / Account Management Job Summary: We are looking for a pro-active and customer-focused Customer Account Manager to manage and nurture relationships with our existing clients. In this role, you will act as the primary liaison between the company and assigned customers, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth of accounts. You will be responsible for understanding client needs, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities to offer additional value. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers. Act as the main contact for inquiries, requests, and issue resolution. Learn the product well to help customers and suggest the right solutions. Ensure timely delivery of solutions and monitor customer satisfaction. Identify opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and account growth. Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service. Keep accurate account records and share customer feedback for improvement. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Customer Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, or related client-facing role. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities. Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience). Preferred Qualifications: Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to customer management. Knowledge of customer success best practices and customer lifecycle management.
