15 years full time educationSummary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that the applications meet the needs of the users. You will also engage in troubleshooting and optimizing existing systems, while mentoring junior team members to foster a collaborative and productive work environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in OpenText ECM Tools. - Must To Have Skills: Experience with Customer Communication Management Solutions. - Strong understanding of application design and development principles. - Experience with system integration and data migration processes. - Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
