Summary:As a Oracle Planning and Budgeting (EPBCS) Cloud Functional SME, you will develop software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Understand business requirements, utilizing modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that the software solutions meet the evolving demands of the organization while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency.1. Subject Matter Leadership?¢Own end-to-end delivery of Oracle EPBCS solutions within large-scale transformation programs.?¢Ensure adherence to Accenture??s delivery methodology, client requirements, and quality standards.?¢Drive governance, risk management, and issue resolution for planning and budgeting workstreams.?¢Stay updated on Oracle EPM roadmap, new features, and industry best practices.?¢Drive adoption of automation, predictive planning, and AI-driven forecasting.?¢Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.2. Solution Design & Implementation?¢Lead design and configuration of planning models, budgeting workflows, forecasting processes, and reporting dashboards.?¢Ensure solution alignment with client financial planning and corporate performance management objectives.?¢Oversee testing, data migration, and cutover activities for EPBCS implementations.3. Integration & Technical Oversight?¢Manage integration of EPBCS with ERP systems (Oracle Financials, SCM) and third-party applications.?¢Ensure compliance with Oracle architecture principles and security standards.4. Stakeholder Management?¢Act as the primary point of contact for client finance leadership and program stakeholders.5. Compliance & Risk Management?¢Ensure compliance with financial governance, audit requirements, and data privacy regulations.?¢Identify delivery risks early and implement mitigation strategies.?¢Maintain audit readiness and documentation for all EPBCS deliverables.Professional & Technical
Skills:
?¢15 years total experience with 10+ in Oracle EPM/EPBCS solutioning and delivery.?¢Expertise in planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial consolidation processes.?¢Strong understanding of integration with ERP systems and data management.?¢Proven track record of leading large-scale EPM programs in a global delivery model.?¢Excellent stakeholder management and communication skillsGood to Have:?¢Solutioning during Proposal stage
