Identify business requirements and map them to Oracle HCM Cloud.B. Ability to create or update Functional/Technical design documents.C. Develop Integrations/Reports and Perform testing.D. Responsible for project deliverables from offshore.E. Should be able to conduct Demos, Functional and Technical discussions with Onshore teams including end Customer.Technical Experience :Experience with HCM Extracts, BIP, OTBI, HDL, Fast Formulas, and Personalizations. Worked on Oracle HCM Cloud modules Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, ORC, OLC, OTL . Skilled in SQL, RTF Etext Excel XSL templates, inbound outbound integrations, OIC, Report Security, Design Studio, Page Composer, and EL Expressions.
