Project Role :Custom Software Engineer
Project Role Description :Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.

Summary:As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. A typical day involves collaborating with various teams to understand their needs, developing solutions that enhance operational efficiency, and ensuring that applications are aligned with business objectives. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, providing insights and recommendations to improve application performance and user experience. Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience.

Should have influencing and advisory skills.

Engage with multiple teams and be responsible for team decisions.

Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems.

Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.

Mentor junior professionals in application development best practices.

Skills:

Proficiency in Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM).

Strong understanding of application development methodologies.

Experience with integration of supply chain processes and systems.

Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Familiarity with database management and data modeling techniques.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 18 years of experience in Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM).

A 15 years full time education is required.
