About The Role

Project Role :Custom Software Engineer

Project Role Description :Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.

Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will oversee the development process and ensure successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.

Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.

Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Conduct code reviews and ensure quality deliverables.

Skills:

Proficiency in Selenium.

Strong understanding of test automation frameworks.

Experience with continuous integration tools like Jenkins.

Hands-on experience in writing automated test scripts.

Knowledge of software testing methodologies.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Selenium.

This position is based at our Pune office.

A 15 years full-time education is required.
