Job Description

BlackRock Aladdin

Key Responsibilities

Perform daily cash, position, and transaction reconciliations using
Aladdin
and internal accounting platforms.
Investigate and resolve reconciliation breaks by coordinating with custodians, fund accounting teams, traders, and operations teams.
Validate exceptions in Aladdin, analyze root causes, and ensure timely closure of outstanding breaks.
Review and monitor exception queues, ensuring completeness and accuracy of reconciliation data.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
1-6 years of experience in custody reconciliation, fund accounting, or investment operations.
Working knowledge of
Aladdin
especially around position reconciliation, cash reconciliation, trade workflow, and exception handling.
Experience with other reconciliation systems such as TLM, Gresham, or SmartStream is an advantage.
Strong understanding of financial instruments: equities, fixed income, derivatives, FX, and money market products.
