Key Responsibilities:

• Curriculum Design:

  Develop detailed, modular, and learner-friendly curricula tailored to the needs of Indian students preparing for global language exams, aligned with the latest exam formats and scoring criteria.

• Content Development:

  Create high-quality, relevant, and culturally appropriate instructional content including lesson plans, practice exercises, mock tests, study guides, and multimedia materials covering all language skills reading, writing, listening, and speaking.

Exam Alignment:

Preferred Qualifications:

• Masters or PhD degree in English, Linguistics, Education, TESOL, Applied Linguistics, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as

  CELTA, DELTA, TESOL, TEFL

  , or equivalent are highly preferred.
• Additional certification or training in curriculum design, instructional design, or assessment development is an advantage.
• Prior experience or training related to global exam preparation

  (IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, CELPIP)

  is highly desirable.

Key Requirements:

• Experience:

  Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in curriculum development, academic content creation, or related roles, ideally with a focus on global English exam preparation.

• Language Expertise:

  Strong command of English language and knowledge of linguistic challenges unique to Indian learners.
