Position:

Key Responsibilities:

• Curriculum Development & Implementation

• Design, review, and implement a

  comprehensive curriculum

  aligned with CBSE standards across all Velammal schools.
• Integrate innovative teaching methodologies, technology, and best practices in pedagogy.
  
• Ensure curriculum relevance to future skills, higher education, and competitive exams.
  

• Assessment & Question Paper Setting

• Oversee the preparation and validation of

  question papers

  for all grades.
• Standardize the assessment process across the group schools to maintain academic rigor.
  
• Monitor student performance trends and recommend curriculum improvements.
  

• Teacher Training & Pedagogy

• Conduct

  regular training programs

  for teachers, HODs, and principals on pedagogy, classroom management, and new educational practices.
• Mentor and guide academic teams in delivering effective learning outcomes.
  

• Academic Quality Assurance

• Develop and monitor

  academic benchmarks and KPIs

  for all schools.
• Ensure strict adherence to curriculum delivery timelines and learning outcomes.
  
• Introduce continuous improvement measures through feedback, audits, and academic reviews.
  

• Leadership & Collaboration

• Work closely with school principals, management, and faculty to drive academic excellence.
  
• Lead a team of subject coordinators and academic mentors across the group.
  
• Represent the institution in academic forums, conferences, and external audits.
  

Key Requirements:

• Postgraduate in Education / relevant subject with

  B.Ed. / M.Ed.

  (PhD preferred).
• Strong background in

  CBSE curriculum design

  and implementation.
• Proven expertise in

  question paper setting, evaluation, and validation

  .
• Demonstrated experience in

  faculty training, pedagogy, and academic leadership

  .
• Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
